I lost my turbo tax card and need a replacement. Please help me out. Went to the turbo ccard app to get new replacement. Can't do it with out the card number?

I forgot my login information to get back into the turbo tax card app to get a replacement card so, I pressed forgot user or password and I have to enter my social and card number. Kinda hard to do that if I don't have the card to type in the numbers

You can request a replacement card by logging into your Turbo Visa Debit Card account or by calling Customer Care and reporting your card lost.  Please see How do I report my card lost or stolen? for additional information.
