I logged out and trying to log back in to have my money sent through a certain way

If you have filed the 2019 tax return and it has been accepted then the method to receive the tax refund cannot be changed.

I chose direct deposit but didn't have my router number and was told I could log back in but it won't go to the page

If you have NOT filed the 2019 tax return -

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.  Click on File.  Then on Step 2 click on Revisit.
