more details please.  What state you live in has nothing to do with the stimulus payments

on your 2021 tax return, as long as you income is below the 'threshold amounts', you should have received $1400 for each person listed on the tax return LESS what you received last March - May, 2021.  The result is listed on Line 30, but not less than zero.  

how much did you receive? what were you expecting? how many people listed on your tax return? was your income below $75, 000 (filing single), $150,000 (filing joint)

I live in ha this is a state stimulus payment. Or sirplus had nothing to do with federal stimulus.
