I received a letter "Notice of Deficiency". I responded with the correct paperwork. Now they have sent me another Notice of Deficiency AND a letter telling me how to appeal. The appeal process is a loop from one screen back to another screen and back to the first. I was guaranteed help and support from you. Now, I am asking for such.

At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
