I keep getting notice of deficiency (CP20000, and CP3219A) although I provided all the supporting docs.

They reviewed the info you sent in response to the CP2000 and they don't agree with your conclusions hence the CP3219A  notice ... read it carefully ... if you don't agree with their conclusions you are told exactly how to proceed ... I highly suggest you get professional help if you wish to proceed further.

I received a letter  "Notice of Deficiency". I responded with the correct paperwork. Now they have sent me another Notice of Deficiency AND a letter telling me how to appeal. The appeal process is a loop from one screen back to another screen and back to the first. I was guaranteed help and support from you. Now, I am asking for such.

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support.   At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support".  Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter.  Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
