Please explain what you mean by "drafted from my account and paid to turbotax?" TurboTax does not pay your federal or state tax for you, nor does TT even know how, when or even if you paid your tax due. Only your own bank or credit card records are your proof that you paid your tax due. What do you see in your own bank/credit card records? What is the amount of the tax due on line 37 of your Form 1040?
If the description was to Turbo Tax it was probably just for the Turbo Tax fees. Not the tax due.
Your only proof of payment is your bank statement or credit card showing the payment coming out. Turbo Tax only passes your bank account number to the IRS or state for them to take it out of your account. (Most states do not let you pay by Direct Debit so you have to mail in a check or go directly to the state's website to pay). And some banks use different routing numbers for deposits and payments. Double check the number you entered with your bank.
if it was for the tax due send a copy of your bank statement to the IRS.
Or maybe the IRS changed your return and you owe more? You should ask the IRS.
