When i login to my account, I am not given an option to open/update my amended return information. I only see a message saying my Federal Amended return has been rejected.

I have a similar situation. However, because my amended filing was rejected due to the incorrect pin, TurboTax is now telling me I need to amend the return using the desktop application. Where in the desktop app is the IP Pin section? I went through the amendment via desktop app and can't find this section.
To enter, edit or delete a 6 digit IP PIN
Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Other Tax Situations
Scroll down to Other Return Info
On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button
