If you were eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) it would have been entered automatically on your federal tax return by the TurboTax program.
The tax credit would be on your Form 1040 Line 27a
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
I suggest you look at the copy of your tax return and see if there is an entry on line 27(a) of your Form 1040, which would be for the earned income credit, or line 28 for the additional child tax credit. If you don't have any entries on those lines, you can ignore the message. When the IRS processes the return, it will not be held up for those credits if you don't have those on your return.
