I just filed my return today and received confirmation that it was approved by intuit and the IRS. How long will that take to be direct deposited to my checking acct?

Also, will I receive the 2021 Stimulus payment and if so, when will I get it, and how will I get it? Will it also be direct deposited to my checking account since this is where I requested my tax return to be deposited?

First, Congress has not yet enacted a new stimulus yet, so we don't know.

Intuit does not "approve" tax returns; only the IRS can do that.  Accepted means received for processing.  Approved is a later step.  The IRS goal is 21 days, but it's taking longer this year.  Also see this:

The refunds are processed within 21 business days after IRS acceptance of electronically filed returns and will be deposited to your bank account. You can check the IRS website under Refunds tab to check the status of your refund. 

Regarding the 3rd stimulus payment, there is no specific time frame of the payment.  Yes, stimulus payments may be a direct deposit or check in the mail.
