If you just added the information and are just now submitting your completed Return by e-filing for the 1st time.., then you would not need to Mail the 1095-A, as it would be electronically filed and the IRS would have copies of all you have. However, If you accidentally e-filed without the 1095-A, and your Return was REJECTED due to this missing information, then it will allow you to add it in, (as you did) and just resubmit your e-file.
The only issue would be if you e-filed without it, and your Return ACCEPTED in your Turbo Tax Timeline, you can mail it then to the IRS, under their guidelines, as it stated on your letter.. Hope this helps..
