entering them will not cause an audit. this does not mean you won't be audited. the IRS chooses some returns at random for audit and self-employed have a higher chance of getting audited but it's still extremely low.
if you make less than $200,000 the probability of getting audited is around 1% if you make over $1,000,000 that rises to over 10%. other factors can affect the chances of getting audited.
Since your daughters have Social Security numbers by the due date of your tax year 2021 return, you should be fine claiming them as dependents on that return, assuming that you meet all other requirements.

And, unless there’s some other issue, you shouldn’t be at risk for audit.
According to Dependent's SSN on page 13 of Publication 17, Your Federal Income Tax, Your child must have an SSN valid for employment issued before the due date of your 2021 return (including extensions) to be considered a qualifying child for certain tax benefits on your original or amended 2021 return.
The due date to file your tax year 2021 Form 1040 or 1040-SR is April 18, 2022. If you live in Maine or Massachusetts, you have until April 19, 2022.
