I input the incorrect state code on a w2 when filing my state taxes. Do I need to refile?

The state form has been corrected but the federal form was already efiled.  But it doesn't impact federal taxes.

No, you don't need to Amend or Refile your Federal Tax Return for an incorrect State code.  

Like you said, it does not impact your Federal Taxes so you don't need to take any action.
