I havent received my tax return for 2019 irs send the refund to turbo tax and turbo tax was suppose to send it to my bank which i no longer have a bank account .

TT does not receive tax refunds.  It goes to a third party bank to have the fees deducted.  But the IRS may not have issued it yet.  See this:

yes irs have send it but my account that was linked to turbo tax the bank account was close before the refund was send hence i havent recieved the federal tax aa yet

There's a process in place if you lose your paper check or if it goes missing. You can ask the IRS to trace it by calling (800) 829-1954 or by filling out Form 3911. Married couples who file jointly must use the form.

The IRS will determine if the check was cashed, and will issue a replacement check if it wasn't. Otherwise, it will create a claims package that includes a copy of the endorsed, cashed check. Following a review of the information, including the signature on the back of the cashed check, the agency will decide whether to issue a replacement check. This process can take about six weeks possibly longer.

they did a trace already they sent me to irs now to check if they got the money from them cause on there system it says u guys got the funds but what they are not sure about is if you guys sent it to the bank or have it on hold because it wasnt going through to the bank because the account closed down. Hence y they told me to try get in touch with tt.
