I havent received my federal return yet but I've received my state

You site says I can't efile, but you did anyway. There were a lot of fixing to do on the return. It said my return was to be $2400.00. Now it shows 0.oo can you help with this

If it has been less than 21 days, there is nothing to do but wait.

It depends. Are you saying you filed your taxes with the IRS and expected to receive a $2400?  When you first log into Turbo Tax on the landing page, what is the refund it is showing?

TurboTax does not receive updates on your refund status after your tax return has been accepted by the IRS.
