I have 2 different refund amounts one with turbo tax and another with efile

In Turbo Tax you might be seeing the federal and state combined.  You need to look at your actual tax return.   

The irs is taking a very long time this year to process returns.  It could take 6 months or more.  Keep waiting.  If your return was Accepted or mailed then check IRS Where's my refund
