The TurboSM Prepaid Visa® Card is provided by Green Dot Corporation and takes 7-10 business days to arrive. Please contact them at (888) 285-4169 if you have not received your card within that time frame.

well when i call the number it seems like none of the employees have any training at all.  Out of 5 people not one knew how to tell me my replacement card had been sent. All they do is connect you to a different rep because they get confused or have no problem solving skill capabilities.

I haven't received mine either and I filed over a month ago. When I call that number or says I'm not authorized due to balance to call that specific phone number. Wtf?!
