Unfortunately, you cannot change it after you have already sent in your return. It is important that you report your card lost or stolen. Please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169. You can report your card lost or stolen through this link. https://secure.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/login 

If you need a to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
