I haven't gotten my refund and its been over a month. The IRS refund tracker isn't telling me anything. Is this normal?

on the IRS refund tracker it is saying I put in my information wrong but I know for a fact it's all correct.

Are you sure your return was accepted?

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
