I have yet to receive my refund. The IRS sent it out on the 21st of April. My bank info is correct, where TF is my money?

 I did elect to use that short term loan service to get my refund more quickly. They never sent me the debit card for that. How do I contact them?

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

You do not mention when you filed your return.  The refund loan program ended on February 15.  If you filed in time to get that loan, it would have been put on a Credit Karma card.
