I have unpaid taxes from 2014.
Can I pay any unpaid taxes from 2014 on my 2016 return?

There is no place to enter a payment for prior year taxes due on your 2016 tax return. If you have back taxes, the IRS will automatically offset any refund needed to pay those taxes from your 2016 refund. If the refund is not enough to offset all of the back taxes, you must arrange payment of the balance.
