I have two W-2's one that is 1151 and the other one is 961, I already filed I got them late, do I need to file an amend? or is not necessary?

I picked up these W-2's late from a different city, same state I moved citites and asked for both employers to send them to my new address but they refused, I just want to know if this will affect me in the future? because I did less than 1500 on both. Thank you for your feedback!!

You will need to amend your tax return to report those W-2's.  They have already been reported to the IRS by the employers, and they have your Social Security number on them.  You are required to report ALL of your 2018 income.

A 1040X cannot be e-filed.  It must be printed and mailed.  It will take about 3-4 months for the IRS to process an amended return.  It is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it, like UPS or certified mail, so you will know it was received.

Wait about 3 weeks from mailing and you can check the status of your amended return:
