I have two different amounts one for amend and one for federal will I still receive my federal and then wait for amend?

I have two different amounts. One for amend and the other amount is federal. will I still receive my federal and then have to wait for my amend?

You will get a refund from your original return that you filed and had accepted. Sometime later (16 weeks or so), you will receive a separate refund for the amended return (if the amended form 1040X showed that you are getting an additional refund for it). Refunds for amended returns are mailed to you as a check.
