No. You'd have to file an amended 2015 return, and you can't do that with the online version of the program. Also, donations are itemized deductions. If the total of your itemized deductions does not exceed your standard deduction, it will make no difference in your tax liability either. In such a case, filing an amended return would be a waste of time.
