2017? You cannot efile a 2017 return.

Yes this is 2017 and I have filed it before April 15, 2017. The visa debit card never arrived. The customer service number robotic options are very limited. I need to get to a real person to be able to explain my situation.

It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to come. However, if you have never received your card, please visit  TurboPrepaidCard.com  or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169 (select, Option 1, then 2) to get a new card sent. Please make sure the correct address is on file.
