Sounds like they assessed an underpayment penalty since the amount you owed was so large ... or interest on the outstanding balance or both. Read the notice and call the number on the letter if you have further questions.

I submitted my 2024 taxes electronically and have the TT pdf that says that but the IRS says i haven't filed and there is no direct deposit.
