I have received my state refund , but when I check the where’s my refund for the federal , it states that they haven’t received my tax return.

Did you mail your returns?  If you efiled and got your state then the federal had to be accepted.  

Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.

After acceptance, but before processing the status may not be available. If you contact the government or try look up your refund status while your return is still pending, don't be surprised if they tell you "no record found." This is normal; until the government starts reviewing and processing your return, they won't have any record of it.  

If you e-filed both the federal and state tax returns together, you should be able to track your refund after acceptance.

Your federal refund comes from the IRS treasury department while your state refund will come from your state treasury department. They generally come at separate times.

It's not uncommon to receive your federal refund before state; or vice versa.
