TurboTax 2016 CD-ROM software discs are
available, and have been shipping for a few weeks now. I know that
personally because, as a TurboTax employee, I received my own copy of
TurboTax 2016 in the mail back in late December.
If you
haven't received yours by now, and yet you input your order more than a few days ago (or you have an annual subscription for the
product), then I would respectfully suggest that you take some action to
check up on your order, rather than continuing to wait.
If you ordered from us, you should be able to check the status of your purchase by visiting one of the following:
If you purchased TurboTax through an authorized retailer, then you will need to contact them directly for more information concerning the status of your order, as we would not directly have access to that sales record.
For further help with an order placed through us, you are also very welcome to call (for free) and talk to a live agent. They can certainly straighten out any problem with your order, including sending a replacement disc for one that could have been misdelivered or lost in the mail. The link to our "contact us" page is at the bottom of this answer. Please ask for the "Shop and Buy" department when you call, and mention that you are asking about "order status." That will help direct your call appropriately.
