I have one user name. My prior years tax returns are not showing in my documents

You are asking from TT Desktop. If that's what you used, look on your hard drive for prior year returns.

That's common to end up with multiple accounts.  First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used     <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/">https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/</a>

Or you used the Desktop CD/Download program.  Then your return is only saved and stored on your computer.

ok yes I see prior returns on my computer; I recall turbo tax stored prior returns, thanks for the response
