You can pay your fees in advance and lock in your price without filing now. Here is how to pay your fees now:

Sign in to TurboTax and select the Take me to my return button on the main screen.
Select File on the left, and you'll see Step 1 Review your order.
Select Start button and then select View payment options button.
Select Pay with credit card to make your payment.
