TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I finally....FINALLY, got my debit card today (9/5) from Turbo Tax. (Though they will say it was supposed to be from a financial institution and it was their fault) (I filed 2 days before the deadline.)
Was told I would get it no later than 8/2. It is 9/5 when I recieved it.
Good job Turbo Tax....good freaking job.

Same here,**bleep**in rip off!!!!!!
Did you e-file or did you mail your return?
If you mailed it, the IRS is working on opening over 11 million pieces of mail that piled up in trailers during the pandemic. So mailed returns are taking a VERY long time. All you can do is be patient and wait for the IRS to open the envelope containing your tax return. Nothing will post to the IRS refund site until someone opens the envelope and enters it into the system. Sorry.
If you e-filed:
First check to make sure your e-file was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
If your e-file was rejected, then you need to either fix the reason for the rejection and e-file it again, or print, sign and mail the return. You can post here and tell us the rejection code or rejection message and we may be able to help you.
If the e-file was accepted:
Waiting is frustrating—refunds are taking longer in many cases. These are not normal times. It is not possible for TurboTax to speed up the IRS for you. The IRS is short staffed; and they are processing millions of tax returns at the same time that they have been burdened with the task of processing millions of stimulus checks.
