I have not received my TurboTax card but the IRS said my refund was issued into my account which is my TurboTax card

You can report your card lost or stolen through this link. https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/contact-us You can also contact Turbo Prepaid Visa at (888) 285-4169.

If you need a to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
