I have not received my state refund. When I try to track, I get a message that they are unable to process my request. Can you tell me what is going on?

TurboTax receives no update once a return is accepted. we have no access to your return. go to the states dept of rev website and see if there's a portal to check your refund status. if not you'll have to call.

Which state?  Some are very slow to update. (One year, my own state said Not Found for a long time, and then suddenly switched to Refund Issued.)   Did TT tell you your state efiling was Accepted for processing, or did yuo file by mail?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
