I have not received my state fund. What can I do?

How did you file?  If you efiled, first make sure the state return was successfully efiled and accepted.  You can use this tool:

Some states are quick with refunds, while some such as WV, GA, CO, AL, MO, etc. can take a long time, even many weeks.
