I have not received my second refund when should I expect it, it’s been a month since my first refund deposited?

If you are referring to you second refund from an amended return, then it can take 6 to 11 weeks for the IRS to process an amended return.  The amended return is processed by hand at this time & the IRS is behind since the shutdown due to Covid-19.  An amended return had to be mailed in with TurboTax until they are setup for e-filing amended returns, which should be sometime in the next week or so.

I should also add that a refund with an amended return is sent by check, not by direct deposit.
