I have not received my refund. TurboTax collected their fee from my account. IRS asked for more information, TurboTax will not respond. Need a refund from TurboTax.

If the IRS asked you for information it is up to YOU to provide the information to the IRS.  After you file your tax return, TurboTax does not get any feedback or information from the IRS at all.  TurboTax cannot intercede with the IRS on your behalf.  Did the IRS send you a letter?  What does it say?  Does it have a CP number or letter number on it?

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support.   At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support".  Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter.  Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.

 Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.  Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.

If the IRS is requesting information then you need to reply back to the IRS with the information they have requested.

Are you asking for a tax refund, or for a refund of your TurboTax fees?

TurboTax took their fees from your bank account because your tax refund was delayed, so they could not get the TurboTax fees from your tax refund. When you eventually get your tax refund, you will get the full amount. The TurboTax fees will not be taken out of your refund because you have already paid them from your bank account.

You cannot get your tax refund from TurboTax. You will get your tax refund from the IRS when they finish processing your tax return, after you send them the information that they asked for. Unfortunately that will take a long time because it requires manual processing and the IRS is very backlogged now because their processing centers were closed for several months because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
