I have not received my 2024 software yet. Does anyone know when it will be sent out?

Prior communications with Intuit stated that I would not receive a CD for 2024 - rather the software would be sent in mid or late Nov via email Today is Nov 30 and I have not received the software. Is there a problem?

There are no plastic CD's being sent out this year, if that is what you are waiting for. The desktop software is a download, and has been available for several weeks already. There will, of course, be many updates.

If you have an Advantage subscription you will have to download the software to your computer.

Go to this TurboTax website and sign onto your download account - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
