I have filed with TurboTax for 2020 and 2021, however, I am unable to see my return on Turbotax online under "Your tax returns

My email address is the only address associated with Intuit. I do have an email saved confirming my 2020 taxes were accepted (same email I am using now). I print my taxes and save in PDF format, however I can't use the previous years taxes to help with the current year if it can't be found.

What is the exact error message you are getting when try to access prior year information?  Please post here and someone will reach out with the next steps.

It sounds like you may have more than one account username associated with the same email address, causing the program to not recognize your information. 

If you follow the account recovery process here, does it show more than one Intuit account linked with your email address? (Please do not post your email or user ID here, as this is a public forum)

I followed your link, but when it says to log in with email, user ID or phone number I always use my email. Then it gave me an opportunity to update my password. There were no user names listed. If I logged in last year with a user name instead of my email how would I find that out?

Since no other user ID's came up while doing the account recovery, it would be best to follow the instructions here to contact us.

No thanks. I tried calling turbotax before I posted this question. What a runaround...I'll just give up on the 2020 taxes. But if 2021 doesn't show up...we're gonna have a problem.

We are unable to assist with specific account issues on this public forum.  Since this has to do with a user name, the best help would be to reach out to us directly. 

I will include instructions on how to obtain a prior year's return as well.
