I have filed tax refund request on 1/28. However, I still have not received Federal refund while State refund was received on 3/28. How long do I have to wait more?

Both Federal and State accepted the return on 1/28, and IRS status check says it is still in progress.

The IRS releases most refunds within 21 calendar days after the e-filed return has been accepted. Some refunds will take longer than 21 days to be released, depending on individual circumstances. TurboTax does not have access to any information regarding your tax refund once it has been submitted and accepted by the IRS and state department.
