NO ... it had to be done BEFORE you filed.

I did mine that way. Never heard a thing. Contacted Credit Karma, all they could say was we can't tell you anything unless you've received an email saying a deposit had been made. I think it was just a trick to get you to link the 2 accounts. Never again will I file this way.

I did mine when filing my taxes and that didn't seem to matter either.
