I have filed an amendment this morning. And how can I confirm that turbotax has filed the amendment to IRS?

Did you actually prepare a Form 1040X?

you must make a trip to the post office. amendment must be sent in via US Mail.
don't forget to sign it.

how to file
Do not include your old 1040 nor your revised 1040 because the Form 1040X reflects any changes there and becomes your new tax return.

Include any new/corrected document only if it shows federal tax withheld, and include in order only those Sequence Numbered tax forms or Schedules that changed or were added due to your amendment.
Attachment Sequence Number is on all the forms that come after 1040.
Mail to the address shown for your location in the Instructions for Form 1040X.

Did you perchance just make changes in an already filed return?  That's not how to amend.

Amended returns cannot be e-filed.  You will need to print the return and mail it.  Please see below on how to do this.

It says "Three weeks after you mail your amendment".
In this case turbo tax is sending my amendment on my behave, and how can I confirm that turbo tax has sent my amendment out?
