I have file both federal and state tax by mail. Can I check the status of my file?

TurboTax never knows the status of your refund whether you e-file or file by mail.   If you are filing by mail it is a good idea to use a mailing service with tracking like certified mail so you will know your return was received.  Mailed returns take a lot longer to be processed than e-files, so you will need to be patient to see information on the refund sites.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

May I know how long would it take to know my refund if I file by mail?

Expect the mailed in returns to take 10 weeks or maybe much longer to process.
