I have e filed my return on 2-22-19 and i havent received my refund yet and it is 4-3-19. . Is there a way to put the cost off a couple of weeks due to my issue?

I efiled but irs does not have it.

Have you tried tracking your return? Please go here to do this: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/wheres-my-refund/ If you are paying for your return with your refund, we won't receive payment until the refund has been issued to you.
