I have completed my return using Home & Business, but I have been unable to print. How to print?

Instruction #4 says "select the printer icon from the menu" Where do I find this icon?

Go to the tool bar along the top of your screen. Click File. One of the choices in the drop down will be Print.

With the desktop program started and a tax return Continued -

Click on File at the top of the desktop program screen

Click on Print/Save for your records.
