Turbotax never receives any info about a mailed return or any updates if it was e-filed and accepted.  your best bet is to call the state department of revenue.

Then you need to contact the state yourself and see what the state's procedure is to trace the refund.  TurboTax does not get any information from your state after you file your tax return.  TT cannot track or trace it for you.
