how did you file - if e-filed, was it accepted (TT sends e-mail notifying you). if it was mail, I'm guessing you did not request proof of delivery. so go to state website and check refund status. if the site does not show anything about the s status, call them. 3 months is an usually long time, but if the stat is short of money (like Illinois at one tme) then it may be 6 to 9 months to get refund
