I have been on hold for almost an hour.[pii removed]. Where is my refund?

Turbotax site states that the refund has been deposited. It is not in my account. I tried tracking on the IRS site and they can not find my return and referred my back to Turbotax.

TurboTax only gives you an estimated date to receive your refund based on the average of 21 days. It could take longer.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
