I have been approved and all my stuff has been accepted can I get some type of advance payment

You are not able to apply for a Refund Advance after you've already filed your return with the IRS. Please see this Help Article for more information. 

If you applied for a Refund Advance before submitting your return, please see this Help Article for information regarding Refund Advance. You will also want to make sure the primary taxpayer's information on the return matches the information in the Credit Karma account. If it does, please contact Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.
