I have been accepted via IRS app and turbo tax for my 600$ stimulus check. On my phone it now states the number has been adjusted to zero yet i just received my 1400

Never received my 600$ stimulus was told by the IRS when you could actually call them that they'd investigate it. I checked the status on my refund often and every time it said that i was applicable and was receiving it at some point. Now it states that it's been adjusted to zero dollars even though im still very much applicable and have just received my 1400$ https://i.imgur.com/VCg6oWS.png picture of the message im being given now. Is the government just refusing to pay me essentially ?

What does the notice that the IS mailed to you say?

The mail i got from the treasury  stated that i had money coming in soon but that could have been simply referring to my 1400 i just received. I never received any mail in regards to the 600$ stimulus within the time of these things happening.
