I have activated my prepaid card sent in the mail. How does the federal return load on to the pre paid visa?

If you selected the prepaid cards as the method for your refund then when the government processes your refund it will be directly deposited on your card that day. More information on when to expect your refund to be available. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288568
