Are you saying that when you completed the W-4 with your employer to determine the amount of withholding, that you accidentally entered "Married" instead of Single"?
If so, don't worry about it. The W-4 is used to determine your amount of withholding, and so long as adequate taxes are withheld, the IRS does not worry about your marital status on the W-4.
