I have a 2016 and a 2017 w-2 from the same company im filing both with this years taxes, is that ok? I dont see an option for it.

No, it's not okay.

Taxes have to be filed every year, so file your 2017 information in 2017 Turbo Tax.  File your 2016 in 2016 Turbo Tax.

Yes, you need to amend.  Open Turbo Tax 2016 and you'll see an option to amend.
